Assoc.Prof.Dr. Yusuf URAS

Yusuf URAS was born in Tarsus (TURKEY). He graduated from Çukurova University
with degree in geological engineering.. He is a lecturer in Geological Engineering department and is
currently the assistant dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University.
He gives importance to raising awareness of geology and wrote many papers on medical
geology. In particular, he studied the effect of hot and cold water resources on human health
and stable isotope signatures of these waters.He gave interviews in some national channels.
