DR. Nurzat Shaikieva

Nurzat Shaikieva is lecturer in the Department of Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. Nurzat holds a PhD in inorganic chemistry. She has been involved in projects related to climate change, reducing solid waste and greenhouse gas emissions, water quality control. She has been working in the Department of Environmental Engineering since 2001. She is an author of numerous scientific papers on the solution of environmental problems. She is currently actively working with students of the department in areas such as, regain of precious metals from wastewater, treatment of wastewater.
